Over 20 of John S. Martinez band members are actively enrolled in Yale's Music in Schools All City Honors Ensembles.
The Yale Music in Schools Initiative, in collaboration with New Haven Public Schools, offers the All-City Honors Ensembles during the school year. Students may participate in 8 different choir, orchestra, and band ensembles.
